For syncing, check to make sure you are following this procedure:
Both the iOS and Mac app need to be on the same WiFi network and in sync mode for them to "see" one another. Hit the sync button on the iPhone, Open the Sync window on the Mac, choose your iPhone and hit Sync.
We all make mistakes from time to time, and though we like to pretend we're entirely perfect, it's just possible that such a mistake has made its way into the wonderful application you're trying to use.
For an honest-to-goodness bug such as the computer catching fire when SimpleTask launches, please file a bug report below using the form.
If you have an interface request, question, or usability complaint, feel free to use the form, or send us a DM or @reply on Twitter. (We're @simpletaskapp.)
We'll get back to you ASAP (and we pride ourselves on that normally being within the day, often sooner.)
